SHIPPING POLICY
Veloreah offers made-to-order and print-on-demand apparel. Most apparel orders are produced and shipped through our production and fulfillment partners.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
For eligible orders shipped within the contiguous 48 United States, our current shipping options are:
Standard Shipping
Free
10 business days
Rush Shipping
Additional charge equal to 25% of the applicable order amount
5 business days
Super-rush Shipping
Additional charge equal to 50% of the applicable order amount
3 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude applicable holidays.
Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery information will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Because many Veloreah products are made to order, production is included in the stated delivery timeframe where indicated.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Veloreah is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, or other transportation interruptions.
If we become aware that we cannot ship or deliver your order within the timeframe represented to you, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY
Certain shipping options may include a guaranteed delivery date. When a guaranteed delivery date applies, it will be identified in connection with the applicable order or shipping method.
If an eligible order arrives after its guaranteed delivery date, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, materially defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund at no additional cost.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email or through your order information after the order ships.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
An order may be considered delivered when the carrier's tracking information confirms delivery, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with investigating the shipment.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
At launch, Veloreah's standard shipping terms are intended for orders within the contiguous 48 United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may have different rates, delivery times, availability, and guarantees. Any applicable charges and shipping options will be shown at checkout where those destinations are supported.
